Hi Nghia,
Well... we can always make it related to training... have you been training over the holidays so far? (not at class, at home?) doing your yiuw shun and nut ma?

Man, holiday makes me lazy as. I don't think I've done any substantial training at home at all.
What about everyone else?

[shadow=red,left,300]TEXT[/shadow] I'm glad somebody else trains at home. Gee, actually thats really where I found It all starts! If you start training at home regularly, even Daily (like brushing your teeth) then you'll get more from your training. Do you find that Adrian? How often do you get time to practice everything in class? How ofetn do you get to go to class? Some place have only once a week avaliable? What you put in You'll get out. I'm Sure we could all get more out of it, when you think about it. Anyway Glad to see that things

Hey Julius,
I agree.. you get out what you put in... Classes are good, because you have partners to train with (doing chi sao, partner training etc), but there are heaps of things to practice on your own too... but you are right, you can't do everything during class... if you want to improve you have to work on it by yourself...

Training at home is crucial to becoming good at your martial art. However you have to be home to do it.
Some seem only to sleep at home...
