I have a question.
Who's behind the Administrator? Or should he/she be left unknown and be only referred to as Mr/Ms Monash Kung Fu?
Just curious. That's all.

Training in Oslo has to cater for a mixed crowd: the members here (outside the after school class) follow both the junior, for kids, and the senior syllabuses. Because of this we regularly spen time on 'Sup Gee Kul Dar' as well as Sil LIm Tao in the form section of the 2 hour training session. We begin with the usual warmup routine. This varied for members in the warmup kicks section: New member focus on holding the guard in position for the first class or two, then progress to using the hand as a target with the leg circling movements - holding it out in a stationary position. This developes coordination, but can also induce the member to bend their leg. FURTHER, 7th grades and above focus on holding the guard in position and moving the hand at the same time as the leg to be a target, out and back. Initially (1st 4 months) we spent longer on training footwork: 5 - 10 minutes for the basic 3. Now we need more time for partner work though. Other than that we follow a similar programme.
